I know they are honest because I shopped a few other estimates for the first few repairs. The only difference in the cost was what other shops were charging in labor costs and time. Mark/Brian only bill what the job actually takes them, not by what "the book" says it should take time wise. No return trips because the repair was not done correct the first time. We will continue taking our vehicles there for years to come.
