- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 26, 2020, by Justin HubbleService has been poor, especially over the past few months. Employees snapping at customers when they ask questions or outrightly ignoring customers. Managerial staff has also been rude which is unusual for Cub Foods. I'm not sure if it is summer employees or new managers who require more training, but Cub will continue to lose business if they don't correct customer service deficits.
