  My last 3 visits were horrible. For as many people that they have working, their knowledge of the products and the availability of the products were very disappointing and wasted a lot of my time when I could of gotten what I wanted quicker, without hassle than waiting on the staff to give me false information on their hand held scanner guns which said the product wasn't available yet I found it in the store within 2 minutes after wasting over a half an hour at 2 different stores. More specifically Enviro Logs and Duraflame Logs. Several employees argued saying that there were none in stock yet after driving from 1 Home Depot in Inver Grove Heights to Eagan store, I found them at Both but shouldn't of took me 2 hours to get logs that were already in stock. I'm done going to Home Depot because I Don't have such issues at Menards, never. Sorry, but enough is enough. I lost time and money and that is unacceptable to me.
