  Over two hours in the store with a consultant who couldn’t answer my basic questions. Had to wait for Joseph for some basic answers - then, he got into a disagreement in front of me with his own consultant! Stressful and awful experience!

  all they were concerned with was making a sale. What was my name and phone number. No questions about my needs just kept trying to ring up a sale. When sales person went to make a call the manager took over with the same routine. The jewelry is no different than any other store. Their attitude towards service is. Super schlocky.
