  The worst customer service experience in my life. Don't shop at this store, let them go out of business because it's what they deserve. My foot will never stand in that store again. I will never spend a dollar in this location. I went to resize the watch I got there. They scratched the watch while adjusting it. When I went back to show it, they said I made the scratches. Although the scratches were symmetric on every piece of the bracelet. It would be impossible to accidentally made such perfect identical scratches. I have not worn the watch because it was too big, yet they didn't believe me and insisted I did it. The manager didn't even bother to come out and tell me in person why they can't replace my watch. I can't believe the way I was treated at this store. AVOID THIS PLACE !

  Awful awful awful. Manager heather is a horrible person and incredibly rude! Had issues returning something that was on the bag when i bought it that way. (I would never use a pen near a bag). In the end, I got a exchange but not before her nasty attitude about how I had to get something within the day or next two days.Kept giving me looks as I was looking making me feel incredibly uncomfortable! She was rude to me from beginning to end. I love MK but not this location as much.
